AntsyLich f45d0ad31d Remove the WebGPU reader and go back to the old image decoder ...

Brings back SSIV and the image decoder from v0.20.4 with their settings,
except "Use legacy decoder for long strip reader", which long strip
pages drawn as strips replace.
